Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to sign up?
Just an account. If you have ordered before with the same email, your points from the last year are already there when you sign in.
How many points do I get?
One point for every dollar you spend on products, after any discount. Shipping and tax do not count. Your third order, reviews, your birthday and starting a subscription add bonus points.
Can I use a reward with another code?
A reward code works on its own and does not combine with other discount codes. Free shipping still needs $50 of products after the code comes off.
When do I get my referral points?
Fourteen days after your friend's first order is paid, which is our return window. You can see them as pending in your activity until then.
What if I return something?
The points for that part of the order come back to us. If a friend's first order is returned, the referral points are not paid.
Do points expire?
Points stay active for a year after the last time you earned any. Each new order resets that year. We email you a month before anything expires.
I am a massage therapist or a shop. Is this for me?
Professional and wholesale accounts have their own pricing and program, so El Patio is for personal orders.
