Shipping policy

Every Petra Aroma order is handmade and shipped from our workshop in Puerto Rico.

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship anywhere in the United States: all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and US territories. USPS delivers to street addresses and PO boxes alike.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your package is on its way.

DELIVERY TIMES
- Within Puerto Rico: 1 to 3 days after shipping
- US mainland, Alaska & Hawaii: 4 to 7 days after shipping
Carrier delays can occasionally add a day or two, especially around holidays. Your tracking link always has the latest.

SHIPPING RATES
Rates are calculated by USPS at checkout based on your address and order size.

ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Need to fix an address or change an order? Email us at connect@petraaroma.com as soon as possible. We can update anything that has not shipped yet.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
