Wholesale Program Terms

These are the terms of the Petra Aroma wholesale program. They apply to every approved wholesale account. We will tell you in writing before we change them.

Who the program is for

Wholesale is for businesses that resell: a physical store, a spa, a salon, a studio, or your own online shop. If you buy Petra Aroma to use on clients rather than to resell, the professional program at 30% is the right one for you.

Your pricing

Approved wholesale accounts get 50% off our published retail price on the 1 fl oz, the 4 fl oz, and Guada, and 30% off the bulk sizes, the sets, and the scalp comb. Your price shows in the cart once you are logged in. There are no codes to enter and no separate price list.

Orders

Your first order starts at 10 bottles, in any mix of oils and sizes. Most shops start with 6 of each oil. After your first order there is no minimum, so reorder whatever you need, whenever you need it.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders over $150 going to Puerto Rico or the United States. Below $150, and anywhere else in the world, shipping is charged.

Selling price

You sell Petra Aroma at our published retail prices, so your customers and ours see the same number. You are welcome to run your own sale or promotion on your own margin; please just let us know first.

Where you may sell

You may sell in your own store and on your own website. The bottles may not be sold or resold on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, or any other third-party marketplace without written permission from Petra Aroma, which we may give, give with conditions, or decline. Selling on a marketplace without that permission ends your wholesale account immediately.

Documents we need

We ask every wholesale applicant for a business permit, license, or EIN letter that matches the address on the application. That is how we confirm the business exists.

A resale certificate is optional. If you send us a valid one, your orders are invoiced without IVU. If you do not, we add IVU to your orders the same as any other sale. You can send a certificate later and we will apply it from that point on.

Keeping your account

One order every 12 months keeps your wholesale rate. If a year goes by without an order, the account moves to our professional rate of 30%, and your next order restores wholesale the same day. Nobody is removed from the program for ordering slowly.

The rest

Wholesale accounts are approved individually and are not transferable to another business or owner. The program is not exclusive: we may work with other shops in your area, and we also sell directly to customers on this site. Either of us can end the arrangement at any time, in writing, and any invoice already issued still stands.
